Steve Andersen, the founder of DDESS, has a unique perspective on the thoroughbred industry. Not only does he have extensive experience in breeding, owning, and racing these magnificent animals, but he also recognized that the industry needed a better way forward in defending the hard-working Superintendents and industry stakeholders. With this passion and experience, Andersen founded DDESS to provide a more reliable and efficient system for the industry. His dedication to the industry and his love for thoroughbreds has helped shape DDESS into the successful organization it is today.
Steve is originally from the Northeast and has been involved in the equine industry from an early age. Steve has enjoyed his profession working in the industry for the past 25 years and is looking forward to continuing to build the company up with his team. When he is not working, Steve is an avid golfer and enjoys working with and breeding thoroughbred horses.
